Summary: The Human Resource Generalist will work along with the Human Resource team to provide confidential human resource support as directed. Some duties may include talent acquisition and recruitment processes, conduct employee onboarding and orientation, work with supervisors to assign and track trainings for employees, processing payroll, and utilize HR Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up to date and confidential. It is critical that the HR Generalist possess excellent written and verbal skills, maintains proper filing and recordkeeping systems, maintains confidentiality, and provides personnel assistance to individuals at all levels within the organization. Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate/Bachelor's degree in related field or two years' experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems.
