  • The Clinical Supervisor for Crisis Response and Walk-In Crisis Services work with program director and program supervisor to provide clinical leadership and direct care within Brightwater Health’s crisis continuum. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on crisis work and supervisory responsibility, ensuring that crisis services are ethical, effective, and clinically sound.

    The Clinical Supervisor serves as the primary daytime clinical consultant for Behavioral Health Practitioners responding to crisis calls in the community, while also providing crisis therapy, completing comprehensive evaluations, and providing clinical supervision for staff. The position balances immediacy, clinical judgment, and long-term systems thinking within a CCBHC model of care.


  • Mental Health Practitioner provides direct support services, including skills training, crisis assistance, treatment plan development, medication administration, group facilitation, and one on one support/interventions, and discharge planning. The provider will work collaborate with the treatment team to collaborate on client care, progress on treatment goals, and referrals for ongoing support and mental health services. This position works to help the child and family to address skills deficits in the following areas: mental health, social skills, educational skills, vocational skills, and recreational skills. This position works closely with other community support providers, clinical staff and other care providers to help the client meet their identified goals. Services are provided in the clinic, community and client’s home.
