The APRN in psychiatry works in a collaborative environment to provide high quality, patient centered care
for those with mental health problems. The APRN in psychiatry provides leadership in the roles of
consultant, educator, researcher, and expert clinician.

with Physician.

The Clinical Supervisor for Crisis Response and Walk-In Crisis Services work with program director and program supervisor to provide clinical leadership and direct care within Brightwater Health’s crisis continuum. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on crisis work and supervisory responsibility, ensuring that crisis services are ethical, effective, and clinically sound.

The Clinical Supervisor serves as the primary daytime clinical consultant for Behavioral Health Practitioners responding to crisis calls in the community, while also providing crisis therapy, completing comprehensive evaluations, and providing clinical supervision for staff. The position balances immediacy, clinical judgment, and long-term systems thinking within a CCBHC model of care.

Mental Health Practitioner provides direct support services, including skills training, crisis assistance, treatment plan development, medication administration, group facilitation, and one on one support/interventions, and discharge planning. The provider will work collaborate with the treatment team to collaborate on client care, progress on treatment goals, and referrals for ongoing support and mental health services. MHP’s work with a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external providers to assess needs and apply interventions appropriately. This position is based in a short-term residential facility called Yellow Leaf. Shifts consist of rotating days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provide front desk/reception support in busy community mental health center.

The Jill’s Place driver will transport individuals who attend Jill's Place. Jill’s place is a local outreach center based in Superior, WI.

Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and consultation at Yellow Leaf Crisis Center.

Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and consultation on our Child & Family Outpatient Therapy team.

The Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) will provide direct outpatient counseling and support to individuals and/or families experiencing substance use disorder related challenges and will assist the program director with all aspects of outpatient treatment program operations. The LADC will provide individual, family, and group counseling, and will also be responsible for working with and providing education to a diverse population of individuals, families, and groups within the community. The LADC will have working relationships and be familiar with other service providers and community resources and will be able to provide information and support to make referrals that best meet client need.

Services may include providing ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services), MH-TCM (Mental Health Targeted Case Management), or a combination of both. This position will work closely with all community support services to help clients live more successfully and independently in the community. The successful candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external providers to assess needs and apply interventions appropriately.

Community Support Providers work with a caseload of children diagnosed with a mental illness to coordinate and provide services to them and their families. This position works to help the child and family to address skills deficits in the following areas: mental health, social skills, educational skills, vocational skills, and recreational skills. This position works closely with other community support providers, clinical staff and other care providers to help the client meet their identified goals. Services are provided in the clinic, community and client’s home.

The Certified Peer Specialist (Peer Specialist) will provide behavioral health services that foster supportive peer relationships with clients in the various community support programs. Certified peer specialists are individuals who have had personal experience of mental illness and are trained to be direct service mental health staff. Applicants must have completed the DHS State approved training and be certified as a Peer Specialist.
