The Mobile Crisis Response Team in Duluth and surrounding 30-mile radius. Crisis response services are provided to people of all ages. Through a partnership with First Call for Help (FCFH) Call Center and the Arrowhead Behavioral Health Network (ABHI), Brightwater Health’s Crisis Response Team model includes: Face to face contact in the community with people facing a crisis situation, community outreach activities to build relationships of trust, collaboration with community providers, referrals to services of choice and assistance connecting with resource as desired, coordination and transportation, interventions and assistance to divert from law enforcement and emergency department involvement, and triage provided by FCFH Call Center. The Crisis Response Team will strive to expand services and include input from the community and community providers to identify needs, develop goals, and plan for implementation of an effective model that mixes street outreach and crisis response.

This position will provide individual, family, and group counseling, and will also be responsible for working with and providing education to a diverse population of individuals, families, and groups within the community. This position will have working relationships and be familiar with other service providers and community resources and will be able to provide information and support to make referrals that best meet client need.

The Clinical Supervisor for Crisis Response and Walk-In Crisis Services work with program director and program supervisor to provide clinical leadership and direct care within Brightwater Health’s crisis continuum. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on crisis work and supervisory responsibility, ensuring that crisis services are ethical, effective, and clinically sound.

The Clinical Supervisor serves as the primary daytime clinical consultant for Behavioral Health Practitioners responding to crisis calls in the community, while also providing crisis therapy, completing comprehensive evaluations, and providing clinical supervision for staff. The position balances immediacy, clinical judgment, and long-term systems thinking within a CCBHC model of care.

The Certified Peer Specialist (Peer Specialist) will provide behavioral health services that foster supportive peer relationships with clients in the various community support programs. Certified peer specialists are individuals who have had personal experience of mental illness and are trained to be direct service mental health staff. Applicants must have completed the DHS State approved training and be certified as a Peer Specialist.

The Jill’s Place driver will transport individuals who attend Jill's Place. Jill’s place is a local outreach center based in Superior, WI.
